The Pilgrim boys lacrosse team got some revenge on Monday afternoon when it rolled to a 20-9 win over Middletown in a state championship rematch.
The Pats were led by the usual suspects as Ryan Barlow scored five goals to go along with five assists while Braxton Bragg also picked up five goals.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Toll Gate 3, Mount Pleasant 1
The Titans edged the Kilties in a Division III showdown on Tuesday night. Austin Scotti paced the Titans with 13 kills while Jayden Glover recorded 25 assists.
Hendricken 3, Chariho 1
The Hawks were led by Andrew Ramos’ 19 kills in their win over the Chargers on Monday. Ben Warr also racked up 41 assists to go along with 13 digs on defense.
Lincoln 3, Pilgrim 0
The Pats are still looking for their first win after losing to the Lions last week. Jack Eaton recorded five kills for the Pilgrim offense.
BASEBALL
West Warwick 5, Toll Gate 2
Shane Moro and Dylan Perreault each recorded RBI in Toll Gate’s loss on Monday to the Wizards.
Moses Brown 2, Pilgrim 1
Henry Kearns drove in Pilgrim’s lone run in its loss to the Quakers. Anthony Deluca and AJ Ferreira combined for nine strikeouts on the mound.
Hendricken 13, Cranston West 3
The Hawks stayed hot by picking up a big win over the Falcons last weekend. Cole Camara paced the offense with three hits and five RBI while Braeden Campbell also drove in three runs.
SOFTBALL
Toll Gate 7, Barrington 0
The Titans are beginning to heat up in Division II and shut out Barrington. Delaney Wilson pitched a one-hit shutout while striking out 14 batters. Addie Eddy led the way on offense, driving in four runs.
