R.I. Kitchen & Bath in Warwick will hold its "Visiting Chef Series" event this Saturday, November 14, 2009 from noon to 2:00 pm featuring Chef Paul Wade of Pietra Restaurant in the newly renovated Stone House in Little Compton. Chef Wade will be making seared tuna, steamed rice and a side of picked shallots among other restaurant specialties in the RIKB Showroom kitchen. His selections will be paired with wine from Marc 'the wine guy' Guillotte from People's Liquor Warehouse. This live cooking demonstration and food tasting will be filmed by FOX 64's The Rhode Show crew with Shawn Tempesta, to air on an upcoming segment. The event is free and open to the public.
