The Fitness Studio, Warwick’s newest group fitness studio located at 400 Warwick Avenue, is holding a Master Class to benefit children with autism. The event, “Hip-to-Strip” will be held on Tuesday, May 26, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. The fee for this special class is $15 per person and all proceeds will go to The New England Center for Children with Autism.

“Hip-to-Strip” takes dance elements and combines them with some basic moves of striptease to create a sexy routine with no nudity involved. The benefits from this workout are many, including gaining confidence, adding spice to your life and having a few good laughs.

“Hip-to-Strip” is open to all and will be taught by Ann Saldi, one of New England's most highly revered fitness professionals. As a national and international presenter, Saldi is well known for her unique and creative dance-based choreography. She was voted "Best Of Boston" at the 2004 Fitness Evolution Convention. Saldi was a Fitness Pro with Reebok for over four years and is currently the New England Education Specialist for ZUMBA Fitness.

Nancy Donnelly, owner of The Fitness Studio, is dedicated to making fitness fun. “Hip-to-Strip” promises to be a fun-filled event and is part of her commitment to be proactive in the community by hosting charity events.
