Sargent Rehabilitation Center will hold a ‘Link to Learning’ parent workshop on Thursday, April 23 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Sargent Center, 800 Quaker Lane, Warwick.

The topic of the workshop is “Diagnosis and Management of Childhood Bipolar Disorder.” The presenter is James Greer, MD, psychiatrist at The Providence Center and Casey Family Services and clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at Brown University Medical School.

Dr. Greer’s talk will provide parent participants with an understanding of modern diagnostic approaches to Bipolar Disorder in childhood. The workshop will also give an overview of current treatment strategies for children diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.
