Mr. Shuster,

i admire your passion but a few points. You entered warwick schools in 1981 and then you say "the building stopped". It has stopped well before you arrive in the schools. the last school was built in the very early 70's. Also, yo'd like to preserve neighborhood elementary's on the one hand but reduce the number to 10 on the other. Nice idea but it's not a nice idea for those who lose their current neighborhood school to one in another neighborhood. new facilities are needed but you do realize that a new jr or sr high school is a huge expense that the city has to incur -in the tens of millions of dollars, most likely approaching 30 - 60 million (and i think that's conservative). That has to be approved city council and then by the taxpayers so all i can say is good luck with that. i just don't think the public at large has any clue what's needed for our schools nor do i think they really much care. and that's too bad.
