House of House did a great job on the house next door

Terrible eye sore for the neighborhood all the fears neighbor's had have been unfounded

Great reuse of a historic property that should be saved

Just like this new development saving important structures is never cheap

Also House of Hope is a good neighbor I live in the neighborhood

Homeownership is not the answer for everyone didn't we learn anything from the past 8 years.

We all have family or know someone that needs affordable rental units especially on a fixed income

Rents in RI for a basic 2 bedroom apt are $950 with nothing included then let 's add in all the other costs to live- lots
