My employer will charge an employee $600 more in annual healthcare cost sharing if the employee does not have these free annual exams.

Under the City's new healthcare contract, it is coisting taxpayers $1.2 million more in fiscal 2013 and 2014 years just for active police officiers. Mayor Avedisian and Personnel Director Oscar Shelton and a majority of the City Council have proven that they have made one bad decision after another regarding the city healthcare policy.

Thankfully the City Council budgeted money to hire professional healthcare consultants.

Don't forget, years ago the healthcare experts stated that the cap on prescription drugs was costing the taxpayers over a $1 million a year. That now represets over $6 million since 2007.
