Oh, this is interesting. Warwick ratepayers are not only being asked to pay for Providence residential pipe replacement but also to pay for Providence employees salary and benefit costs. Our state tax dollars already support 50% of Providence's budget, isn't that enough? Just another way for others to pay for what PROVIDENCE should be paying for. Also, it takes a lot of you know what to ask Warwick to pay for salary increases when salaries and benefits for municipal employees in Warwick have been frozen.
