Gee, I wonder if excessive compensation is part of the PUC review? Roberti calls the amount spent on police details a "shocker"? How about the $178,000 a year compensation being paid to Mr. Spinelli, the Providence Water Supply Board General Manager? Apparently this is the 4th highest total compensation being paid to an individual in Providence. Who would think that water could be so lucrative. Maybe the PUC should do some more checking and reviewing of Providence water finances. Reasonableness, anyone.
