Here's an idea, take some of the over 2 million generated yearly by the FD with insurance billing for non resident rescue runs and establish some type of rotation plan for replacing equipment as it ages. Nahhhhh.... Why do that? Just keep sneaking it in the general fund and continue telling everyone the FD is over budget every year. This city runs things into the ground and wastes money fixing junk exactly like E13.
