For such a socially "inclusive" project, Rhode Map RI has been remarkably exclusive of Rhode Islanders' input and opinions if not downright and secretive. For such an "inclusive" plan, you would think it would have been well publicized with lots of awareness and public vocalization. Has anyone heard of this until recently?
