Barely a whisper of wind, warmer than seasonal temperatures and a blanket of fog were the conditions this stand up paddle boarder found off Conimicut Point Saturday afternoon. He appeared to be set to go some distance with his backpack although determining who he was and where he was going proved impossible, as he didn’t answer calls and disappeared in the mist.
