Agnes M. (Higgins) Sharrocks, 90 of Warwick, passed away at her home July 21, 2013 . Agnes was the wife of the late James P. Sharrocks.
Born in Providence , she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Cummiskey) Higgins. Agnes retired after nineteen years from the U.S. Postal Service. She enjoyed bowling and swimming but Gram's true passion was being with her family.
She was the mother of Joan Barrette (John), the late John Sharrocks, Janie DesJarlais, Jacqueline LaFazia (Al), Judy Sharrocks, and Janet Verrier(Jimmy). She leaves behind fifteen grandchildren: seventeen great grandchildren; and her sister Mary Riel. She was the sister of the late Wildred Higgins, James Higgins, Anna Brett, Harriet Doyle, Claire Masse, and Margaret Gabel.
