Alice McCurry

Alice McCurry, age 77, formerly of Scranton Avenue, Warwick, died on May 15, 2013 at West Shore Health Center in Warwick.

Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, a daughter of the late James A. and Alice (Lamour) McCurry, she lived in Providence for most of her life, moving to Warwick in 2000. Ms. McCurry was employed at A.T. Cross Co. in Lincoln for many years, retiring in 1998.

She is survived by three children, Kathrina McCurry, David J. McCurry and his wife, Mary-Ann, and Kristina Rivera, all of Warwick; and four grandchildren, Tayla Rivera, Kassondra Rivera, David McCurry, and Matthew McCurry; and a brother, Edward McCurry of Belfast, Ireland. She was the sister of the late Thomas, Martha, and Agnes McCurry, and Gretta Crowe.

Relatives and friends wereinvited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, May18, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. in the Barrett and Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. The burial was private.
