With a cast of 25 and a tech crew of 40, Richard Denningham, who heads the drama program at Pilgrim, expects a rich production of the 1925 musical “No, No, Nanette,” with music by Vincent Youmans, opening Nov. 18 at the school. With the consolidation of high schools, Denningham didn’t know how many kids would turn out for drama and picked “No, No, Nanette” because of its relative small cast. He was happily surprised when so many students wanted to be involved. Interest is high, and even last Wednesday when schools were closed many of the tech crew turned out to build sets. The Pilgrim Players production opens at 7 p.m. on Nov. 18. Curtain time is 7 p.m. on Nov. 19 and the show closes on Nov. 20 with a matinee starting at 2 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door for $9 for adults and $5 for seniors and children under 10.
