Anne Marjorie “Marge” (Costello) Migliaccio, age 86, of Yucatan Drive, Warwick, passed away at home on November 13, 2013. She was the beloved wife of John Migliaccio for 50 years.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Raymond A. and Sophie N. (Quick) Costello, she was a life-long Warwick resident. Her life passions were her family, friends and community service. She lived by the creed that people who need people are the luckiest people in the world. Marge was a field representative for the Salvation Army in Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut for 15 years before retiring 20 years ago. She was previously employed by Warwick Community Action for 10 years. Prior to her marriage, she was an operator for New England Telephone Co. She was a volunteer for West Bay Community Food Bank, and a member and past president of the Gaspee Seniors.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters: Paula A. Briggs of Waterford, Connecticut, Sheila B. Ryder and her husband, Paul of Stoneham, Massachusetts, and Donna L. Mazzone and her husband, Elmo; five wonderful grandchildren whom she loved very much, Michael, Julia, David, Alexandra and John; a brother, William F. Costello and his wife, Utako of Punta Gorda, Florida; a sister, Kathleen M. Amaral and her husband, Ronald of Charlestown; a sister-in-law, Marie Costello of Groton, Conn.; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She was the wife of the late Morris J. Briggs, and the sister of the late Raymond A. Costello, Jr., Walter J. Costello, and John D. Costello.

Her funeral service was held on Monday, November 18, at 11 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Burial was in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
