Bennett led all scorers when she netted a career-high 25 points this past Thursday to lead Vets to a come-from-behind victory over Pilgrim in the non-league opener for both teams.
"It means a lot," Bennett said. "We're excited. We know we have a lot ahead of us. This just shows what we can do."
