Barbara A. “Bobbi” (Reynolds) Convey, age 73, of Edgehill Road, Warwick, died on Friday, February 24, 2017, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. She was the wife of Joseph M. Convey.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late William and Myrtle (Colvin) Reynolds, she lived in Warwick for the last 33 years. Mrs. Convey was employed as a hostess at the former Howard Johnson’s Restaurant on Allens Avenue in Providence from 1962 to 1974. She was later a school bus monitor for the City of Warwick, and worked at Chelo’s Restaurant on Post Road in Warwick. She loved traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. She loved animals.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Donna M. Convey Travassos, and her husband, Mario, of Warwick, and Colleen M. Convey Nahigian, and her husband, Kenneth, of Cranston; a daughter-in-law, Idalina L. (Travassos) Convey of Cranston; a sister, Dorothy Nardolillo of Coventry; a brother, William Reynolds of East Providence; and ten grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joseph M. Convey, Jr., and the sister of the late Elizabeth Hazelwood.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, March 2, from 5-7 p.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Burial will be private.
