Barbara A. (Wright) Davidson, age 68, of White Rock Road, Warwick, died on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at home. She was the wife of Robert L. Davidson.
Born in Eastport, Maine, a daughter of the late James T. and Vivian L. (Mitchell) Wright, she was a resident of Warwick since 1962. Mrs. Davidson was a senior commercial rater with Providence Mutual Insurance Co. in Warwick for more than 30 years before retiring 3 years ago. She was an active member of Woodbury Union Church, Presbyterian.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Gary W. Davidson of Lowell, MA; a daughter, Rebecca L. Miller of Foster; two sisters, Alison M. Gillette of Warwick and Carol L. Morton Bell of Orangeburg, SC; and two grandchildren, Aaron and Leah.
Visiting hours will be Saturday, August 20, from 3-5 p.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Burial will be private. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27, at 3 p.m. at Woodbury Union Church, Presbyterian, 58 Beach Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited.
