Barbara P. (Asher) Wells, 89, died Sunday, July 17, 2016. She was the wife of the late Eugene Wells.
Born in Attleboro, MA, a daughter of the late Lester and Grace (Cook) Asher, she had resided in Warwick for most of her life. Barbara loved caring for friends and family. She loved watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to bake and would cook for anyone she knew that wasn’t feeling well.
She leaves her four daughters, Patricia D. Ervin of Warwick, Barbara G. Wells of West Warwick, Dorothy L. Collins and her husband, John, of Warwick and Lynn C. Stephen and her husband, Paul, of Cumberland. She was the loving grandmother of Bryan Amaral, Mark Amaral, David Perkins, Tracy Perkins, Brittany Collins, Brad Collins, Savannah Stephen and Haley Stephen; and great-grandmother of Tess Amaral, Teegan Amaral, Briana Collins, Ciara Collins, Brady Amaral and Jordan Collins. She was the sister of Audrey Hildebrand and the late William G. Asher.
