Betty A. Morley, age 91, of Atria Aquidneck Place, Portsmouth, and formerly of Manor Drive, Warwick, died on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence.
Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Michael J. and Anne M. (Reilly) Morley, she lived in Warwick before moving to Portsmouth 7 years ago. Ms. Morley was employed by Hospital Trust National Bank in Providence until her retirement in 1989. She was earlier employed at the U.S. Naval Air Station at Quonset Point, North Kingstown.
She is survived by a nephew, Peter J. Morley and his wife, Elizabeth, of Portsmouth; and two grandnephews, Peter and Michael Morley. She was the sister of the late John J. Morley.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 30, at 9 a.m. from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited, and may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
