ALWAYS A HIT: Officer Paul Wells introduces Fox, one of two dogs in the department’s K-9 unit, to admirers. The dogs have helped the department recover $200,000 in less than three years and in recent months uncover 5 kilos of heroin valued at $120,000 a kilo.

They had.
