Christopher T. Butler, 52, died March 16, 2013.
Born in Warwick, he was a son of Joyce M. (Coffey) Budlong and the late Robert L. Butler, he had been life-long resident of Warwick. He was a carpenter with Butler Construction and was a self-employed painter for many years, he was also a talented barber. Chris had an infectious smile and a “Heart of Gold”. He had a great love of writing and reading poetry.
He was the father of Joshua Butler, Kourtenay Butler, Emma Butler and Justin Reall; brother of James Butler, Jeffrey Butler, Craig Butler, John “Jay” Baker and Sandra Baker, he was the half brother of Robert L. Butler, Jr., Linda Moccia, Carol Schraeder. He was the loving grandfather of Katelin, Michaela, Camran, Joshua, Eden, Jarred and Luciano.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Post Road, Apponaug. Visitation Friday 4-8 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. Interment will be private. Information and condolences, visit TheQuinnFuneralHome.com.
