Chantel Crumb (standing) of West Warwick awaits a door prize she won being delivered by a special helper during a community baby shower hosted by UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Rhode Island and other local health care organizations on Dec. 16 at the Thundermist Health Center, Community Room. More than 60 moms and moms-to-be from Warwick and the surrounding area participated, each receiving a free gift bag that included diapers, baby wipes and other well-baby items. Attendees received information about various health, wellness and well-baby care programs available to them, including UnitedHealthcare’s BabyBlocks, a free online wellness-incentive program which helps manage doctor visits and other baby care during pregnancy and the first two years of their baby’s life.
