Councilmen elect Timothy Howe and Jeremy Rix, Wards 3 and 2 respectively, won’t assume their position until January, but they got a glimpse of what their jobs will entail at Monday night’s City Council meeting. Howe picked up from advice from Ward 4 Councilman Joe Solomon, at right, while Rix sat with Ward 2 Councilman Thomas Chadronet, who he will succeed. The Council will also have newcomers Richard Corley in Ward 1 and Steve McAllister in Ward 7 on board in January. (Warwick Beacon photos)
