Let me introduce you to my friend Danny,
Whose parents’ names are Matt and Annie,
He’s 31 years old, born April 12, 1985,
He loves sports and is energetic; he’s very much alive,
Sitting at home watching sports on TV,
Doing that, Dan is content as one can be,
He works hard everyday at his full-time job,
He is a hard worker; not a lazy slob,
He’s the third child of six kids,
He’s pleasant, yes, to be with,
He’s good to his family, his kin,
He’s got that good-natured grin,
Yes, my newphew Danny, he is Dan the Man,
Dan is a southpaw; he works and writes with his left hand,
So I’ll now bring this poem to an end,
Of my nephew Dan the Man, who is a good friend.
