Dolores F. (Morrison) Kollett, age 86, of Canfield Avenue, Warwick, died on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Kent Regency. She was the wife of the late Frederick J. Kollett.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John A. and Mary M. (Costello) Morrison, she was a life-long Warwick resident.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters, Ernest C. Villanueva of Lyndon, Washington, Jean M. Scambio of Warwick, Frederick J. Kollett, Jr. of Coventry, and Kristine Kollett-Brooks of Johnston; two sisters, Jean A. Morrison of West Warwick and Gladys A. Mayette of Melville, New York; ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Richard Villanueva; and the sister of the late James R. Morrison and Linda C. Thompson.
Her funeral was held on Monday, April 27, from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita Church, 722 Oakland Beach Avenue, Warwick. Burial was in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
