Elizabeth A. Bruno, 89, of 612 George Washington Highway passed away Thursday, December 11th.
Born in Concord, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Anna (Paterson) Foster. She resided in Lincoln for the past 3 years, previously living on Mill Cove Rd., Warwick. She was a nursing assistant employed at the R. I. Hospital, Providence for 31 years until her retirement. She has previously worked for the Amica Insurance Company.
Mrs. Bruno was a member of the Lime Rock Baptist Church, Lincoln and a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her greatest joys were spending time with family and friends. She also loved the beach, reading, knitting, water aerobics and walking.
She leaves a daughter, Jean E. Neves and her husband, Carlos of Cumberland; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Louis Bruno Jr.
Services and burial were private.
