Norwood Baptist Church will be collecting prom dresses, costume jewelry and evening purses at their bazaar this Saturday, November 21 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The donations will benefit Happyness Blooms, which provides dresses and accessories for young high school girls who may not be able to afford to attend prom otherwise.
They are looking for both short and long dresses as well as those sizes 18 plus.
Norwood Baptist Church will be holding subsequent collection days on Wednesday, December 2, Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 12, all between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. The church is located at 48 Budlong Ave.
