Harry T. Prince, Jr., 94, of Warwick passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Kent Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Anna (Goddard) Prince.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Harry T. Prince, Sr. and Sara M. (Marsh) Prince. An Engineer, Mr. Prince was the President of Edward Parkinson Mfg. Co. for 38 years until his retirement and was previously employed with Tower Iron Works. He graduated from Rhode Island College and served in The United States Navy during World War II and retired with the rank of Captain. Mr. Prince attended Greenwood Community Church, Presbyterian and was a member of the Providence Engineering Society.

He was the loving father of Peter H. Prince of Hernando, Florida, Steven S. Prince and his wife, Karen of Bethlehem, Connecticut, David P. Prince and his wife, Jennifer of Wakefield and Nancy P. Sullivan and her husband, William of Old Saybrook, CT. Cherished grandfather of four; and great-grandfather of three. He was the brother of the late Grayce Donaldson.

His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) followed by burial with full military honors in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7 p.m.
