Joseph DiCenzo, Jr., 69 died unexpectedly Friday, September 25, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Joanne (McDermott) DiCenzo.

A resident of Warwick for most of his life he was the son of the late Joseph and Carrie “Ditty” (Quatro) DiCenzo. Mr. DiCenzo was the owner and operator of J. DiCenzo Construction from 1978-1996. He has owned and operated Pleasure Marina in Warwick since 1996. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he served four years with the Seabees. An avid boater, he and his wife traveled on their vessel, Romance II, to the Bahamas every winter for the last ten years.

He was the father of Joseph DiCenzo III and Anthony DiCenzo; and grandfather of Anthony and Matthew. He was also the brother of Paula Provencial, Larry DiCenzo, David DiCenzo, Florence Peyatt and Denise Greene.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2015, 9-11 a.m. with a service at 11 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial with Military Honors in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Information and condolences, visit TheQuinnFuneralHome.com
