Josephine M. (Kozun, Niziolek) Galluccio, 87, of Burbank Dr., Warwick, formerly of Providence, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Philip Hulitar Center in Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Ernest Kozun (1947 to 1968) and Raymond Galluccio (1973 to 1974).

Born in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Frank and Marya Niziolek (Midura), stepdaughter to Anna Niziolek (Cyganoski, Bialobok). Josephine worked for Bullard Pickering in Providence and was the Manager of the Mail Room in the Main Office of Hospital Trust Bank for 25 years. She always had a passion for sewing and crocheting, making beautiful dresses and outfits for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She spent many happy years volunteering her time and meeting new friends at the Cranston Senior Center (especially when she was sewing dolls and doll outfits for hospitalized children).

Josephine was a devoted mother to Carol Kozun, Ernest Kozun Jr. (wife, Eva), Linda Tanner (husband, Alfred), and Stephen Kozun (wife, Jennifer). She had eight grandchildren: Laura, Kia, Betty Fay, Jessica, Shelly, Jason, Stephen Jr., and Katherine; and three great-grandchildren: Alexander, Rachel, Spencer, and one on the way. She was predeceased by her siblings, Charles Cyganoski, Stefan Niziolek, Edward Niziolek, and Ann Keough.

Her funeral service will be held Saturday, July 18 at 10 a.m. in the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in Cemetery of the Church of the Holy Cross, Seekonk, MA.
