Judith Ann (Barry) Leddy 75, of Coventry, RI, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph P. Leddy Jr.

Born in Providence, Judy was the daughter of the late Vincent R. & Alice F. (Cusick) Barry. Judy was a true Rhode Islander living in the Smith Hill section of Providence, various neighborhoods in Warwick, and most recently Westwood Estates in Coventry. Judy was a very social person. She loved spending time with her many friends and family. She was proud of her Irish heritage and enjoyed all things Irish. She was an avid reader, kept up on all current events, and was a Patriots fan. She loved Collies and over the years adopted many, giving them each a loving home. Judy worked for many years at the law firm Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum; she also worked for many years at Textron Inc. where she was a Legal Librarian until her retirement in 2006. Judy worked at University Pulmonary during her retirement.

She is survived by her two children, Susan M. Pacheco of Cranston, RI and Robert J. Pacheco Jr. and his fiancée, Valerie A. Eastwood of Exeter, RI. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert J. Pacheco III, of Exeter, RI; Nicholas J. Eastwood of Exeter, RI; Sarah A. Eastwood and partner, Randy T. Tavares of Middletown, RI; and her great grandchildren, Teagan B. & Tyler C. Tavares. She is also survived by her brother Vincent R. Barry, Jr. and wife Patricia of Buffalo, NY and her sister Joan Yale of Manchester CT as well as many nieces and nephews. She was the former wife of Robert J. Pacheco Sr. of Boston, MA.

No calling hours. A Celebration of Judy’s Life will be held from noon to 4 p.m. on December 12th at O’Rourke’s Bar & Grill, 23 Peck Lane, Warwick, RI.
