Knights of Columbus to resume Friday Night Bingo in Pascoag

After a two-month hiatus, Pascoag Council 383, Knights of Columbus proudly announces the resumption of its popular Friday Night Bingo.

Reopening on Friday, May 2 at the newly redecorated Columbus Club Function Facility at 98 Roosevelt Ave. in Pascoag, the regular games will begin promptly at 6:20 p.m. Doors will open at 4:30 and the kitchen at 5.

Fully licensed by the Rhode Island State Police and the town of Burrillville, the all-new program will include a full complement of regular games and several higher-paying special games, including a split-the-pot. Several door prizes will also be awarded each week. Not intended to compete with Twin River, Newport Grand or the Connecticut casinos, the Knights intend these games to provide a social night out and an opportunity to win big without having to travel very far.

A full menu of freshly made food items, including sandwiches, burgers, French fries, etc., will be available, as well as an assortment of packaged snacks and drinks. In addition, a weekly chef’s special will be featured. All items will be reasonably priced.

Following the games, the club’s comfortable lounge will be open, offering full bar service and complimentary snacks for those who wish to relax and socialize.

Serving the community since the early 1900s, the Knights of Columbus have been a mainstay in local charitable works over the years. All proceeds from the bingo will be used to bolster the organization’s coffers and continuing efforts to support various youth and other charitable causes.

The Knights of Columbus is also offering a sponsorship program whereby local non-profit organizations can host an evening of bingo and enjoy the proceeds from this fundraising opportunity. For more information, call 568-1865 or 568-4141.
