Lillian "Lolly" D'Aiello, 68, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 28, 2015.

She was born in Miami, Florida, the daughter of the late William E. and Margaret (Crawford) Baber. Lolly was born on May 29, 1946. She retired in 2010 from the State of Rhode Island as a social worker for the Department of Human Services where she worked since 1987. She was a caseworker for the Department of Children and Families (DCF) from 1978 until 1987.

Lolly resided in Pawtuxet since 1982. She was a member of the Pawtuxet Village Association. Lolly loved to travel and visited England and Scotland multiple times in her retirement. She also had a love for animals. Lolly volunteered at various animal shelters. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.

She is survived by one son, Mark E. D'Aiello and his wife, Melanie of Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Everyone fortunate to have known Lolly is invited to attend her Memorial Service on Saturday, April 18th at 1:00 at the First Unitarian Church of Providence, 1 Benevolent Street, Providence, RI 02906, with a reception to follow. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
