Louise A. (Lowell) Duquette-Parker, 83, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Nancy Ann Nursing Home in Foster. She was the wife of the late Edward Duquette and Ernest Parker.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Kennedy) Lowell. Louise was employed as a switchboard operator for the New England Telephone Company.

She is survived by three daughters: Kathyann Martin, Elaine Gawthrop and Diane Fisher, three sons: Ernest Parker Jr., Stephen and Mark Parker; one sister, Kathleen Jeppe; 18 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joseph Parker and sister of the late Joseph Lowell. Louise was the devoted “Gram” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a very generous nature, was an animal lover and an avid dart player.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday August 30, 2016 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a service in Woodbury Union Church, Beach Ave. at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Monday 5-8 p.m.
