Marcelle M. “Marcy” (Vallier) Plante, 72, a retired industrial engineer passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at home. She was the beloved wife of Richard R. Plante.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Albert T. and Leda M. (Beausejour) Vallier.
Loving mother of Thomas A.R. Plante, Stephen M. Plante and Lyn D. Bodmen; loving grandmother of Jason, T.J, Drew, Alyssa, and Megan; sister of Paul Vallier, and Jaqueline Clynes.
Her funeral was held Monday, May 2, 2016 from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Benedict Church, Beach Ave. Visiting hours were Sunday.
