Marguerite E. “Peg” (Hassell) Moulton, age 98, of Hargraves Street, Warwick, died on November 20, 2013 at Greenwich Farms in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Joseph C. “Larry” Moulton.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Cyril and Elfreda (Hassell) Hassell, she lived in Warwick since 1953. She was a winter resident of St. Petersburg, Florida for 25 years. Mrs. Moulton was a school crossing guard for the city of Warwick for 21 years before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Timothy Parish, and a member of the St. Timothy Women’s Club.

She is survived by three sons: Lawrence A. Moulton of Warwick, James E. Moulton of Coventry, and Robert F. Moulton of Coventry; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Rose King and Louise Hassell; and the grandmother of the late Lawrence A. Moulton, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, December 4, at 10 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Visiting hours are omitted. Burial will be private.
