Marjorie G. (Waterman) Tourtellot

Marjorie G. (Waterman) Tourtellot, age 81 of New Port Richey, Florida and formerly of Johnston, passed away on June 25, 2013 after a long illness.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Bertrice (McCauley) Waterman, Sr. Marjorie worked in the Jewelry Industry until she retired to Florida in 1992, where she spent her time growing African violets, working on 1000 piece puzzles, search words, collecting recipes, relaxing on the beach and, most of all, enjoying her family. In Marjorie's earlier years she mastered the ability to drive a truck ( Big Rig ) across country with her former late husband, Eugene Tourtellot.

She is survived by her three beloved daughters: Sherrill Caito of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., and her husband, Richard, Jeanie Wilby and her husband, Thomas Morris, of Providence, RI and Elizabeth A. Palumbo of New Port Richey, Fla. She was the loving grandmother (Nana) of Diana Wilby, Amanda Savage, Melissa Soares ,Thomas Morris, Jr. and Christine Venezia. She was the great-grandmother (Nana) of Kiana, Angelin, Ty, Drew, Maria, Blake, Haliegh and Jonathan. She was the sister of the late Rachael Bottomley, Bertrice Baker, Elizabeth Weatherbee, Arthur Waterman, Calvin Waterman and the late Ralph Waterman, Jr., Neil McCauley and the late Robert McCauley.

She will be sadly missed by all.

Burial will occur on August 9th at 11 AM at Acotes Cemetery in Chepachet.
