Mary (Flynn) Coffey, 93, of Warwick, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017 at home.

She was the wife of the late Andrew Coffey.

Born in Ballinamore, County Leitrim, Ireland, she was a daughter of the late Terence and Rose Ann (Loughlin) Flynn. She resided in Warwick since 1963. Mrs. Coffey was a communicant of St. Timothy Church where she was a member of the Women's Club and a member of the Irish Ceilidhe Club of RI. Along with cooking and gardening, Mary enjoyed spending time making memories with her family.

She leaves her five children, Ann C. Keating (Kevin), Rose E. Aiello (Michael), Joseph P. Coffey, Stephen A. Coffey (Joyce) and Kathleen P. Hitt (Kevin); eleven grandchildren, Andrea, Meghan, Matthew, Jack, David (Ali), Daniel, Lindsay, Kelsey, Shannon, Taylor and Patrick and a brother, Denis Flynn (Rose). She was the sister of the late Frank Flynn.

Her funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. from the Prata-Gallogly Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave., Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Sunday 3-6 p.m.
