Representative Joseph M. McNamara, chair of the Rhode Island Democratic Party, will address the West Bay branch of the League of Women Voters of Rhode Island, today at 12:30 p.m. at the Olive Garden restaurant on 31 Universal Boulevard (off Route 2) in Warwick. He will address the group on the upcoming presidential elections and how to get involved in caucuses and as delegates with the Rhode Island Democratic Party.
McNamara was invited by the West Bay League president, Helen Taylor, and will take questions from the audience.
