Mill’s Tavern unveils winter menu selections

Mill’s Tavern, acclaimed for its four-star cuisine, introduces its winter menu highlighting flavors of the season in an inspired collection of elegant yet hearty new dishes.

“From menu to menu, my staff and I challenge ourselves to create new and inventive recipes using the variety of seasonal ingredients Rhode Island has to offer,” said Executive Chef Robert Harrison. “Our new menu offers imaginative dishes that are rich in flavor and texture and truly reflect the spirit of our restaurant.”

Mill’s Tavern menu highlights include dishes such as Lobster Risotto with braised oxtail, winter squashes and Tuscan kale and a braised veal breast with toasted spaetzle in a mustard cream and red wine reduction. Additional selections include pan roasted Scottish salmon with roasted brussels sprouts, fingerling potatoes and citrus braised pork belly finished with a toasted fennel vinaigrette, and the Roasted saddle of rabbit with cassoulet of tarbais, olives and rabbit sausage.
