The Banjo Bob All-Stars Dixieland Band will bring their lively New Orleans Jazz to the Warwick Library on Sunday, January 29 at 2 p.m.
Also known as Dixieland and Traditional Jazz, New Orleans Jazz is happy and joyful music. Hear an authentic acoustic performance by six of New England’s hottest musicians – Jeff Hughes on trumpet, Dr. John Clark on clarinet and sax, Dan Fox on trombone, Jon Wheatley on guitar, Justin Meyer on bass fiddle, and Bill Reynolds on drums. The All-Stars will play a selection of Banjo Bob Sundstrom’s Dixieland favorites in honor of the prominent and beloved Rhode Island jazz banjo player.
