Norman S. Gilbert, 74, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl L. (Feurer) Gilbert for 39 years.
He was a son of the late Stanley and Eleanor (Kirwin) Gilbert. Norman was employed as a utility worker for RIPTA before retiring. He also was a former self-employed truck driver.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Norman S. Gilbert, Jr., one daughter, Danielle Brilliant; one brother, Alan Gilbert; and one grandchild, Jackson Brilliant. He was the brother of the late Judith Berube.
