Patricia Gonzalez and Patrick Armstrong were united in marriage on July 16, 2016 by Father Remo DeSalvatore at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Hoboken, New Jersey. A reception followed at The Newark Museum, Newark, N.J.
The bride is the daughter of Joaquin and Mercedes Gonzalez of Union City, N.J. She is a graduate of New Jersey City University. She is employed by the MLB Network in Secaucus, N.J.
The groom is the son of Norman and Kathryn Armstrong of Kenyon Road, Cranston. He is a graduate of Cranston High School east and Northeastern University in Boston. He is also employed by the MLB Network.
Priscila Pender, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Anyelis Cordero, Jacqueline Farber, Celeste Medina, Eliana Mendoza and Yajaira Rodriguez. Sophia Pender, Mia Medina, Abigail Martin, Nora Armstrong and Caroline Floyd, all nieces of the couple, were flower girls.
William Armstrong, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Eric McGuirl, Daniel Walto, Andrew Bekstrom, Brian Lipsett and Michael Calozzo. Jack Floyd and Joseph and James Armstrong, the groom’s nephews, were ring bearers.
Mary-Kathryn Floyd, niece of the groom, did a Spanish reading in this bilingual ceremony.
The couple resides in Union City, New Jersey.
