Paul T. “Jethro” Devine passed away peacefully on July 21, 2016 in Knoxville, TN at the age of 56.
Paul was the son on Barbara Devine and the late John Devine. Paul served in the United States Navy. He worked for the Knoxville County Highway Department.
He was the brother of Thomas Devine (Lisa), Robert Devine and Lori Devine. Paul is survived by his loving long-term companion, Dawn Newman, and his children, Troy and Sam Devine.
His service will be private.
