T-Mobile USA is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing smokestack located at 155 Brookside Avenue, West Warwick, Kent County, RI 02893. Three new antennas will be pipe mounted at a bottom height of 142.67 feet above ground level on the stack.
