Rocco J. Troino, Chief Warrant Officer, USN (Ret.), 81, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in Greenville, TX.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Rocco C. and Caroline (Fandetti) Troino. He served in the United States Navy for 26 years and was a veteran of Vietnam and the Korean War. An avid motorcyclist, he had ridden his Goldwing until the age of 79.
He was the beloved father of Debra A. Williams of FL, Cheryl A. Drake, with whom he lived, Teresa Lynn Lee of VA, Rocco J. Troino, Jr. of FL and the late William V. Troino; step-father of Daniel A. Young of FL; and brother of Teresa C. Quattrucci of Coventry. He also leaves 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 9-10 a.m. with a service at 10 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
