Beginning on August 1 and continuing through September 16, BankRI’s three Warwick locations held a food drive to benefit the food pantry at Westbay Community Action Program, generating more than 3,000 pounds to help feed local residents at-risk of hunger through its branch collection and a charitable grant. In total, BankRI’s seven-week effort provided more than 42,000 pounds for 14 food pantries across the state.
