While the Apponaug Circulator is still more than a year away from completion some of the detail work to complement the project including this stonewall on the south side of Veterans Memorial Drive are giving a glimpse of the thought that has gone into the $71 million effort. F &C Construction, which is subcontracted by Cardi Construction, is building the wall. Here Joao Dais and Elmo Melo, two of a crew of five, work on the wall.
